CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE with ITALIAN

Job Overview: TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE's products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and process customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation and on-time delivery of goods.
  3. Resolve order-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, and customer complaints, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, procurement, warehouse) to align on order priorities and address customer needs.
  5. Monitor and manage inventory levels to support order fulfillment while minimizing disruptions.
  6. Maintain and update order documentation in ERP systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
  7. Analyze and report on order metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement in the process.
What your background should look like:
  1. Proven experience in order management, logistics, transportation, or distribution roles.
  2. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and customer service principles.
  3. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
  4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
  6. A customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in managing international orders and coordinating with global supply chains.
  2. Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
