What will you be doing:- Responsible for customer relationship management, coordinating all requests and complaints, and owning the end-to-end order-to-delivery flow (O2D): from processing incoming orders to the creation of the delivery that is sent to our third-party logistics provider.
- Handle sales operations for both on-trade and off-trade sectors, including order processing, allocation, out-of-stock issues, returns management, and daily routines.
- Manage customer accounts and proactively address open issues, providing timely updates to customers on relevant topics.
- Handle incoming tickets by addressing tasks such as adjusting delivery schedules and evaluating unexpected requests to achieve a cost-effective balance.
- Monitor and increase customer satisfaction by improving the service level offered and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement of services. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to manage delays, unloading slots, and keg returns.
- Ensure that all requests and inquiries are resolved within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (C1).
