Per l'affiliata italiana di una importante società internazionale in ambito farmaceutico, siamo alla ricerca di un/una:

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER Principali responsabilità:
Gestire il team di customer service (6 risorse) garantendone la formazione e lo sviluppo Monitorare l'intero processo order to cash, assicurando la Customer Satisfaction Implementare e monitorare i KPI ai fini di un miglioramento dei flussi e delle performance Coordinare la distribuzione logistica verso le farmacie del territorio nazionale in un'ottica di miglioramento continuo Gestire progetti volti a migliorare la Customer Experience (B2C), la fidelizzazione del consumatore finale e l'efficienza dei processi interni Collaborare con gli altri reparti (marketing, IT, operations) per ottimizzare la Customer Experience, anche in ottica di automazione

Requisiti:
Titolo di studio: Laurea o Diploma Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di customer service Pregressa esperienza nella gestione di team Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Conoscenza di SAS e CRM Ottime capacità relazionali, analitiche e di project management Propensione all'innovazione e al continuous improvement
