**INTERNSHIP CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE**
Lo/a stagista verrà inserito/a nella Business Unit "Customer Experience CD&B" e affiancherà figure Senior nello svolgimento delle attività connesse all'assistenza post-vendita ai clienti Cribis su servizi per la gestione del credito commerciale e lo sviluppo del business in Italia e all'estero, utilizzando i seguenti strumenti:
- CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365
- sistemi di telefonia integrata per la gestione delle telefonate inbound
- gestionale SAP
- tutte le piattaforme Cribis e D&B
**Competenze ricercate**
- Laurea o diploma in discipline sociali, economiche o giuridiche
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi
- Precisione e puntualità
- Flessibilità e predisposizione al team work
