Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer support via phone' email' and chat in Italian - Assist customers in resolving their queries and issues effectively - Utilize support tools and resources to provide accurate solutions - Create a friendly and positive experience for every customer interaction - Document customer feedback and interactions for continuous improvement - Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service quality - Assist in training and onboarding new team members by sharing your knowledge Requirements - Fluent in Italian and proficient in English - Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred - Excellent communication skills and a warm' personable demeanor - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support software - Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability - Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience Benefits - Development opportunity's - Permanent contract after six months - Flight ticket and up to 4 weeks accommodation paid for - Royal salary - Two extra salaries per year
