Infocert è alla ricerca di un Technical Account Manager da inserire nella sede di Milano.
Principali responsabilità: - Gestire gli aspetti tecnici della relazione con i Top Account assegnati e supportare-indirizzare i processi di vendita attraverso il disegno di soluzioni tailor-made o il posizionamento di prodotti standard lavorando a stretto contatto con la struttura Sales per sviluppare il cliente fornendo supporto di alta qualità Pre-sale e After-Sales - Identificare le opportunità per aggiornare e/o migliorare i prodotti/servizi per soddisfare più efficacemente le esigenze del cliente.
- Pre-Sale-Support - Responsabile per l'analisi della prospettiva di business del Cliente e dei requisiti tecnici per lo sviluppo di soluzioni in grado di soddisfare tali esigenze.
- After-Sale-Support - Gestire la relazione con i Top Account nella fase successiva alla vendita per indirizzare la soluzione - Ongoing-Support - Monitorando le prestazioni dei prodotti/servizi e le esigenze di supporto associate, identificare le opportunità per aggiornare o modificare i prod/servizi in modo da soddisfare più efficacemente le esigenze del cliente proponendo nuovi prodotti/servizi adeguati al business del Cliente - Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Sales Engineer, Project manager, Digital Consultant o Business Analyst, - Considerata la natura tecnica dei servizi offerti si richiede una pregressa esperienza nel settore IT almeno quinquennale, con importante presenza/relazione dal/con il cliente.
- Esperienza in ambito sviluppo di soluzione end-to-end: web, mobile e backend.
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza con particolare riferimento alle tecnologie PKI, certificati digitali X509, PEC, Identità Digitale, Conservazione Digitale a Norma.
- Laurea Tecnico-Scientifica, preferibilmente Informatica o Tecnologie dell'informazione e della Comunicazione - Inglese: almeno B2, altre lingue gradite - Spiccata propensione alla comprensione dei processi di business e dei prodotti IT del cliente - Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali, sia in forma scritta che in forma orale - Capacità di raccolta/formalizzazione requisiti di business e funzionali - Capacità di presentazione e attitudine alla negoziazione - Competenze tecniche su soluzioni enterprise di digital transformation - Proattività e capacità di proporre soluzioni nel minor tempo possibile - Capacità analitiche e pensiero critico - Capacità di gestione e coordinamento - Capacità di lavorare in team - Orientamento al risultato - Flessibilità e disponibilità a trasferte
