En Solvo estamos buscando un Sales Executive con Visa para una de nuestras mejores cuentas para trabajar con cliente directo de Estados Unidos
Descripción de la vacante: Identificar y prospectar clientes potenciales que necesiten servicios de transporte de carga. Lead sourcing (cerrar ventas)Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para cumplir o superar los objetivos de ingresosConstruir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes existentes, atendiendo sus necesidades y preocupaciones.Presentar soluciones de transporte de carga y negociar contratos para asegurar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Colaborar con equipos internos, como operaciones y despacho, para asegurar la ejecución fluida de los servicios.Mantenerse informado sobre las tendencias de la industria, ofertas competitivas y dinámicas del mercado.Preparar y entregar presentaciones de ventas, propuestas e informes a los clientes.Dar seguimiento a los clientes para asegurar su satisfacción e identificar oportunidades para servicios adicionales.Mantener registros precisos de las actividades de ventas, incluyendo contactos, contratos e ingresos.Responsabilidades: Adquisición de Clientes: Identificar y contactar a clientes potenciales a través de llamadas en frío, correos y reuniones para expandir la base de clientes de la empresa.Gestión de Relaciones: Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes existentes para asegurar su satisfacción y lealtad continua.Soporte al Cliente: Atender consultas de clientes, resolver problemas y asegurar una experiencia positiva.Informes de Ventas: Preparar informes de ventas, rastrear métricas de rendimiento y establecer objetivos de ventas para monitorear el progreso y alcanzar las metas.Colaboración en Equipo: Trabajar en conjunto con otros equipos para asegurar el éxito de las estrategias de ventas.Habilidades y Cualificaciones: Inglés: Nivel avanzadoHabilidades de Comunicación: Capacidad para transmitir información de manera clara y persuasiva, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.Habilidades de Negociación: Competencia en negociar acuerdos y términos con clientes y socios.Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes (CRM): Experiencia en gestionar y fomentar relaciones con los clientes.Estrategia y Planificación de Ventas: Capacidad para desarrollar e implementar estrategias y planes de ventas efectivos.Gestión del Tiempo: Eficiencia en la gestión del tiempo y la priorización de tareas para cumplir con los objetivos y plazos de ventas.Habilidades de Resolución de Problemas: Capacidad para identificar y resolver rápidamente los problemas que puedan surgir durante el proceso de ventas.Capacidad para adaptarse a diferentes situaciones y desafíos en el entorno de ventas.LO QUE TE OFRECEMOS: Horario: Lunes a Viernes, Weekends OffContrato a término indefinidoExcelente remuneración más comisionesPosibilidad de viajar y trabajar directamente con cliente de Estados Unidos
