**Office and guests assistant**:
Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Office and guests assistant per ampliare il nostro team di Office Management.
Con la supervisione e il coordinamento dell’Office Manager, supporta in maniera efficiente e proattiva le attività di segreteria e di assistenza all'ufficio.

**Responsabilità e attività principali della risorsa**:
Supporto e riassetto delle meeting room e gestione dei relativi ospiti (accoglienza e catering)

Raccogliere e indirizzare eventuali segnalazioni su disservizi e necessità dell’ufficio

Stampa e rilegatura presentazioni

Prenotazioni e gestione agenda delle meeting room

Distribuzione posta in entrata e in uscita
Supporto al team di Executive Assistant (preparazione documenti/organizzazione eventi/spostamenti)

**Competenze ed esperienze richieste**:
Esperienza pregressa in ambito office management e/o accoglienza ospiti

Capacità di gestire il proprio tempo e ad agire secondo le priorità condivise

Predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo

Precisione ed attenzione ai dettagli

Serietà e riservatezza

Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative

Disponibilità e flessibilità
