The Structure Hearth and Aortic (SHA) businesses are part of the CardioVascular Portfolio. Our customers are clinical and non-clinical, and mainly (but not exclusively) within the field of Vascular Surgery and Interventional Radiology. They include, Angiologists, Theatre managers, Specialist nurses, Directorate managers and Procurement.

As a Sales Market Development, reporting to the Sr. Sales Development Manager Western Europe (SHA), you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing local sales development activities. In close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Team, you will be the Medtronic account team lead for a selected number of accounts in the North of Italy with the purpose of developing projects, presenting campaigns, coordinating the different resources that we have in Medtronic with the identified needs of the customer. All this to increase the presence of our Aortic products in the selected accounts, with the responsibility to protect existing revenue and increase market share.

**A Day in the Life**
- Reinforce sales process with sales team focusing on opportunity management.
- Implement account development plans and strategies in the selected accounts.
- Promote and sell Medtronic Aortic devices and Aortic+ services in alignment with customers’ needs.
- Reinforce Team Approach for the selected number of accounts.
- Work on an operating mechanism to reinforce collaboration between marketing and sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to drive customer satisfaction and partnership.
- Achieve market share and revenue target

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ Years of sales or market development experience within medical devices/healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong business acumen and experience of working successfully in a matrix organization
- Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages and proficiency in using modern multi-media tools, sales systems and daily usage of CRM systems
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written

- Previous experience in the cardiovascular field
