Descrizione del lavoro
**Responsabilità**:
- Accoglienza clienti presso la Parking Area e consegna del veicolo
- Gestione dei mezzi in entrata e in uscita
- Gestione completa della procedura di controllo delle condizioni ottimali del veicolo al rientro
- Invio del veicolo al lavaggio o alla eventuale manutenzione, rispettando le tempistiche del servizio
- Gestione completa della procedura di controllo delle condizioni ottimali del veicolo prima della messa in uso del veicolo
Qualifiche
**Requisiti richiesti**:
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua verrà considerato un plus.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni da lunedì a domenica
- Gradita esperienza pregressa nel Customer Service (preferenza per esperienza nel settore dell’autonoleggio)
- Ottime doti comunicative
- Flessibilità e capacità di gestione dello stress
- Ottime conoscenze e abilità informatiche
- La persona inserita all'interno della nostra filiale, dovrà indossare una divisa
