Job Description

In this role, you will act as the key ambassador for the hotel and brand, creating a lasting impression for our guests. A friendly and outgoing personality, combined with a genuine interest in meeting and taking care of guests from all over the world, is essential. Your responsibilities will include providing information, diplomacy, sales, hotel representation, and public relations, all while maintaining utmost politeness, efficiency, and friendliness. You will also be responsible for monitoring daily guest arrivals, ensuring all reservations are honored, requests are carried out, and realistic expectations are met. To excel in this role, you must stay up-to-date with current knowledge about all hotel products, services, and facilities, including room types and rates, food and beverage outlets, and promotions. Furthermore, you will ensure that you and the team are fully compliant with all brand standards and Front Office Standard Operating Procedures. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Qualifications


• College diploma in hotel management or a related field

• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services

• Good communication skills

• Experience with Front Office Systems

• Good English skills, both written and spoken
