High-Achieving Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Nord Italia. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for managing a large geographical sales area, developing strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth through effective territory planning and relationship building.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of achievement in a professional sales environment, with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong understanding of ROI, forecasting tools, and financial evaluation tools.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a large geographical sales area, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Drive business growth through effective territory planning and relationship building
- Deliver training programs to retail staff to improve knowledge of CooperVision's products and placement
- Organize and execute clinical training in liaison with the Professional Services team to improve clinical knowledge of employees and build brand loyalty
- Service the customer base of the company and liaise with local Customer Service to ensure service levels are both maintained and acceptable to the account
- Represent the Company at seminars, exhibitions, and meetings as required, enhancing the customer experience when interacting with CooperVision's team members
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a professional sales environment
- Enviable track record of achievement gained from organizations that demonstrate and require strong interpersonal skills to influence at all levels of management
- Experience in Optical or Pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of ROI, forecasting tools, and financial evaluation tools
- An estimated salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
