La nostra azienda, Adecco Filiale Di Bologna Via Lepido, è alla ricerca di un professionista qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Responsabile Business Development.
Attività principali:
• Pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività commerciali;
• Ampliamento e fidelizzazione dei clienti;
• Trattative con clienti strategici;
• Ricerche di mercato e analisi della concorrenza;
• Elaborazione budget e previsioni di vendita;
• Reporting alla direzione e supervisione della documentazione commerciale.
Competenze richieste:
• Proattività e problem solving;
• Capacità di negoziazione e leadership;
• Orientamento al mercato e all'innovazione;
• Predisposizione e gestione del budget;
• Reporting e gestione documentale commerciale;
• Sviluppo piani e reti commerciali;
• Identificazione di nuove opportunità di business;
Requisiti:
• Laurea o Master in Business Administration;
• Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo;
• Conoscenza di prodotto e del mercato di riferimento;
• Analisi dati, concorrenza e dinamiche del consumatore;
• Normativa su qualità, sicurezza e ambiente;
• Fluente in inglese; desiderabile Giapponese/Arabo.
