With over one million nights rented through our platform, we've welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

The Role

We're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team in Signa - Florence. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the Italy - Operations Area Manager and be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and managing depot operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs;
  • Maintain the fleet, logistics, and ensure our campervans are in top condition;
  • Manage booking activities, stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
  • Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
  • Prepare and clean our campervans;
  • Maintain our campervans and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
  • Assist in reselling campervans, preparing, and showing them to prospective buyers.
Requirements
  • You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • You're fluent in English and Italian (mandatory);
  • You're eligible to work in Italy, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
  • You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
  • You're well-organized and good at solving problems.
