About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Delivery Lead to join our Samsung Experience Store team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

">

The Sales and Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for:

">
  • Leading the store team to deliver success in channel, defined by footfall, retention rates, sales volume, sell-out value, and volumes.">
  • Implementing sales vision strategies related to Services for the SES, identifying and developing great talent, and building capabilities within the store's team.">
  • Establishing and maintaining operations procedures to improve efficiency, provide potential cost savings across the SES retail, and generate profitable growth.">
  • Managing sales forecasting and inventory management, including stock planning and rotation.">
  • Ensuring all relevant information is regularly communicated within the local and Global organizations.">
  • Working with internal teams to achieve and influence overall goals and develop a dedicated marketing plan to support store KPIs.">
  • Maintaining and growing relationships within Samsung and chosen partners at appropriate levels.">
  • Exploring potential revenue streams not currently being implemented across the SES to grow the bottom line and contribute to profitability.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • A University Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management Engineering.">
  • 3-4 years' experience in Marketing and/or Sales roles.">
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.">
  • Good written and spoken English and Italian.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.">
  • A positive thinking/outlook, driven, results-oriented individual with clear focus on high-quality service and business profit.">

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
