About the Role:

As a Sales Executive for Sealed Air's Center/South Italy region, you will be responsible for managing accounts and driving sales growth in the competitive food packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to position Sealed Air's products for profitability and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in food and/or packaging sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers.
  • Business acumen and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
