Mettler Toledo is a leading global company in precision instruments and services.

With an extensive sales and service network, our products are sold in over 140 countries and we have a direct presence in approximately 40 countries.

We are seeking a Key Account Business Development Representative to join our team in Milano or its province.

This role will be responsible for selling/renewing service contracts on the phone and offering spare parts.

The successful candidate will report to the Service Sales and Marketing Manager and will be part of the Service team.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree;
  • At least 1-2 years of B2B service sales experience (preferably as Internal Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Internal Account Manager);
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Proactive and goal-oriented attitude;
  • Good negotiation skills;

You can expect a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
