As an Account Manager at Amazon Business, you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our customers' procurement processes. With a focus on customer success, you will establish and develop relationships with a wide range of businesses, identifying opportunities for growth and helping them unlock spend on Amazon.

Our innovative Amazon Business solution offers a curated site experience, business-only pricing and selection, single or multi-user business accounts, approvals workflow, purchasing system integrations, payment solutions, dedicated customer support, and more. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and develop tailored solutions to drive their procurement strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analysing customer procurement needs to design how Amazon Business can solve their operational and strategic challenges.
  2. Advising customers on setting up a comprehensive procurement solution using Amazon Business to accelerate their digital transformation.
  3. Identifying new product development opportunities and collecting and relaying customer needs to internal Amazon teams.

Requirements:

Italian and English language required. Experience in sales managing a portfolio of accounts. Strong analytical skills. Active listener and effective communicator. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects. Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals. BA/BS required. Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce. Experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment with significant ambiguity. Knowledge of Business-To-Business (B2B) sales. Experience working with senior stakeholders in private or public organizations. Expertise in Procurement. Proven ability to influence others to achieve outstanding results, interacting with senior executives and to develop strong and collaborative working relationships.
