Digital Sales Development Representative

We are looking to recruit a Digital Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for new lead generation and online customer acquisition through various marketing activities.
This role is part of our Inside Sales team, where you will follow up with inbound leads, carry out a full sales cycle with prospects from almost every industry with an online presence, and engage them via phone, chat, or email to introduce Vivocha's online customer interactions technology.
You will analyze companies' websites and businesses to understand how they can improve their online success using our solution. Your goal will be to demo our product and convert the account from a prospect to a registered user by maintaining close interaction throughout the process.
Key Requirements- A consultative sales approach with polished presentation skills and engaging phone presence
- Passion for web-based software and deep understanding of the SaaS (subscription) model
The ideal candidate should have perfect spoken communication skills in English and at least one other language (Italian, German, or French). This is a home working role with occasional office work in Milan during the first few months.
What We Offer- A competitive base salary + commission for achieving goals

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience. Vivocha offers a dynamic and innovative work environment that fosters growth and development.
