Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Milan, Italy. As an Entry-level BDR, you will learn about the industry, set the foundation for career advancement, and have opportunities to grow with a leading global cybersecurity company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your communication skills to articulate Fortinet's value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects, and qualify buying interest.
  • Prospect into multiple organizations via calling, networking, and e-mail using digital platforms for intent-based leads.
  • Schedule well-qualified appointments with key decision makers within targeted companies.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals, delivering a high quantity of well-qualified sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects in our CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, customer focus, and highly data-driven.
  • A basic knowledge in IT or cybersecurity.
  • The ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment and prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

What You Can Expect from Us:

  • An estimated salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
