Overview
">As a Sales Operations Expert, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our German customers on Amazon Business. Our team is responsible for educating our customers on how to optimize their growth on Amazon Business and providing them with solutions to be sustainable through our processes and self-service features.
We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join our young and dynamic department covering 5 EU markets in a multi-cultural environment. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering excellent customer experience and will be comfortable discussing operational issues with our customers over the phone in German language.
Responsibilities
">We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can thrive in an ambiguous environment. As a Sales Operations Expert, you will be responsible for:
">">* Proposing new services or features to our customers to build joint business plans with Amazon.
">">* Obtmizing your customers' portfolio, their spending growth and operational efficiency with Amazon Business.
">">* Demonstrating natural curiosity to learn a variety of internal business tools, programs and processes to identify the right business opportunities while delivering excellent customer experience.
">">* Conducting deep-dives to identify new growth opportunities for our customers and automating processes for better purchasing partner experience.
">">* Partnering with EU Sales team and Product Management teams to provide customer perspective as well as customer-driven product improvement ideas.
">">* Taking ownership of impactful business-driven projects by engaging with internal business stakeholders to dictate the direction of various programs.
">What You Will Need
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">">* Fluent English (min. C1) AND German language (min. C1) skills.
">">* A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
">">* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal business owners and external customers.
">">* Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing priorities.
">">* Experience in sales or customer operations is preferred but not required.
">What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary starting from EUR 1,750 + gross per month, based on your skills and requirements. Additionally, you will be eligible for further pay components such as a sign-on bonus and the opportunity to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
