About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Key Account Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager in achieving sales, distribution, and growth objectives for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales, distribution, and assortment objectives in assigned customers.
  • Contribute to the definition of commercial policy and sell-out plans by key customer and channel, ensuring proper execution and implementation.
  • Provide accurate sales and trade budget forecasts, monitor key customer performance, and propose necessary actions to ensure objective achievement.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with key customers in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Build durable and trustworthy relationships with key customers to achieve mutual long-term satisfaction.
  • Provide regular analysis of sales/stock in trade and budget statistics, track agreed sales KPIs, and address deviations with adequate action plans.

Requirements

  • University degree with a scientific and economic background (a plus).
  • Background in Pharma/Medical Device Business in Italy (beneficial).
  • Knowledge of wholesales channels.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good level of English.
