Role: Surgical Sales Specialist

Location: Northern Italy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision-makers to introduce and upsell our portfolio of medical devices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital administrators.
  • Present and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and provide technical product support.
  • Stay up-to-date with market information and trends to maximize market share and product acceptance.
  • Travel across Northern Italy, working collaboratively with a team of experienced sales professionals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and execute a tactical sales plan.
  • Commercial experience in selling medical devices, specifically within the surgical and women's health segments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business development skills, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
