Position Overview:

We seek a Senior Sales Account professional with a proven track record, adept at navigating a rapidly changing organization while maintaining a structured approach to market engagement.

The ideal candidate is a dependable and efficient worker; thriving in a fast-paced startup environment requires creativity, enjoyment, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise clients, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and CRM systems to secure significant deals.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts, managing a portfolio to maximize its potential.
  • Engage with potential clients to articulate our solutions through strategic value-based selling, defining business cases, conducting ROI analyses, and providing references.
  • Achieve immediate results while keeping a long-term vision to optimize overall revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in external communications regarding target markets, go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and key benefits.
  • Lead the account planning process, developing strategies and milestones for the next 1-3 years.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer account performance objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business landscape, continuously assessing and validating their needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to self-organize with mid-level objectives for pipeline development.
  • Oversee solution development efforts that effectively address customer requirements and generate a robust pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role (references required).
  • Strong background in Sales within the SaaS/tech sector, with experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles.
  • Proven hunter mentality for identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, though applicable experience is prioritized.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B Sales solutions.
  • Strong history of leveraging technology vendors to deliver successful projects.
  • Excellence in problem-solving through a systematic approach, developing sustainable and scalable solutions.
  • Ability to balance the roles of a sales hunter and a farmer.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player capable of aligning business needs with our solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and networking abilities.

  • Agile and startup-oriented mindset (ability to execute tasks efficiently).
