Position Overview:

We are in search of a Senior Sales Account professional with a proven track record and extensive experience, who can adapt to our rapidly evolving organization while maintaining a structured approach to market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new enterprise clients, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and CRM systems to build opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture professional relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts, managing a customer portfolio to maximize its potential.
  • Engage with potential clients to effectively position our solutions through strategic value-based selling, defining business cases, conducting ROI analyses, and providing references.
  • Deliver short-term results while maintaining a long-term focus to optimize overall revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in external communications regarding target markets, go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and key benefits.
  • Lead the account planning process, developing strategies and critical milestones for a 1-3 year horizon.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve customer account performance objectives and expectations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business landscape, continuously assessing, clarifying, and validating their needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to self-structure with mid-level objectives for pipeline development.
  • Guide solution development efforts that effectively address customer needs and generate a robust pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role (references required).
  • Extensive sales experience within the SaaS/tech sector, particularly in managing and closing complex sales cycles.
  • A proven hunter mentality to effectively pursue and secure new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, though applicable experience is valued more highly.
  • Demonstrated track record in B2B sales solutions.
  • Strong experience in leveraging technology vendors to deliver projects.
  • Commitment to excellence through a systematic approach to problem-solving, developing sustainable and scalable solutions.
  • Ability to balance being a sales hunter with a nurturing approach.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player who aligns business needs with our solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, capable of engaging with individuals across all organizational levels, including senior executives.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and networking abilities.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • An agile and startup-oriented mindset (ability to execute tasks efficiently).
  • Experience in adapting to fast-changing schedules and priorities, with a proven ability to handle challenges in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A keen attention to detail and the capacity to work accurately.
  • Motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm for agile startup environments.
  • A solid grasp of contemporary technology and CRM tools (e.g., Slack, Google Suite, Hubspot, etc.).
