Job Overview:
Leonardo, a prominent player in the aerospace and defense sector, is on the lookout for a seasoned "Lead Sales Executive" to spearhead business development initiatives within the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, broadening the customer base, and working closely with project management and sales engineering teams to execute effective market strategies. The ideal applicant is a sales-driven professional with exceptional negotiation capabilities and a proactive mindset, adept at navigating a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, identify, and strategize commercial opportunities
- Drive customer acquisition through targeted sales initiatives
- Achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets
- Develop persuasive value propositions for Leonardo's offerings
- Coordinate proposal processes and teams, assisting technical and project management efforts
- Cultivate customer relationships to optimize business potential
- Gather and organize data from market intelligence activities
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Strong passion for sales and business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- 6-10 years of experience in technology or telecommunications sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree is mandatory
- Ability to deliver results in uncertain environments
