Position Overview:

We are in search of a Senior Sales Account professional with a strong background and a proven success record, who can thrive in a rapidly changing organization and maintain a well-structured approach to market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage new enterprise clients, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and CRM systems to cultivate significant business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts, ensuring a proactive management of your customer portfolio to maximize its potential.
  • Utilize strategic value-based selling techniques to present our solutions, including business case development, ROI assessments, and client references.
  • Achieve immediate results while keeping a long-term vision to optimize overall revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesion in external communications regarding target markets, go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and key advantages.
  • Lead the account planning process, formulating strategies and critical milestones for the upcoming years.
  • Direct cross-functional teams to meet performance objectives and expectations for customer accounts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the customer's business landscape, continuously assessing and validating their needs.
  • Establish a self-structured approach with clear mid-term objectives for pipeline development.
  • Oversee the development of solutions that effectively address customer requirements and foster a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role (references required).
  • Extensive sales experience within the SaaS/technology sector, particularly in managing and closing complex sales cycles.
  • A demonstrated hunter mentality for seeking and securing new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology is preferred, though applicable experience is valued more highly.
  • Proven success in B2B sales solutions.
  • A strong history of leveraging technology vendors to execute projects effectively.
  • Commitment to excellence through a systematic approach to problem-solving, delivering sustainable and scalable solutions.
  • Ability to balance the roles of a sales hunter and a farmer.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player who aligns business needs with our solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels, including senior executives.
