Sales Account Coordinator

L"azienda R1 GROUP ricerca un/a Sales Support per la sua sede di Napoli. La risorsa avrà il compito di supportare l’Area commerciale ed i Sales Account di riferimento nella creazione e stesura delle offerte commerciali.
Le attività principali includono:
- Redigere e aggiornare le offerte commerciali mediante l’utilizzo del CRM aziendale;
- Consultare i listini d’acquisto dei prodotti per la creazione dei preventivi;
- Elaborare ed estrapolare ordini;
- Monitorare i contratti in essere e gestire le eventuali anomalie;
- Partecipare ai bandi di gara.
La risorsa dovrà interfacciarsi frequentemente con l’ufficio acquisti, il marketing e l’ufficio amministrativo per la corretta gestione delle pratiche in corso.
