About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager Public Sales to join our team at Sysmex Italia s.r.l. in Lombardy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success on assigned accounts and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Pre-Sales and Customer Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage with customers, identify sales opportunities, and drive commercial success.
  • Achieve Sales Objectives: Meet or exceed sales targets, key commercial metrics, and account-level objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide accurate forecasts to inform business planning and resource allocation.
  • Tender Management: Coordinate tender preparation, offering, and negotiation to secure new business.
  • Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling methodologies to identify decision-makers, understand customer needs, and articulate the value of Sysmex solutions.
  • Internal Relationships: Engage with cross-functional teams, mobilize resources, and maintain effective internal relationships to drive commercial success.
  • Sales Process Management: Track sales progress, identify areas of risk and opportunity, and maintain updated information on the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent.
  • Business Management Qualification: Business Management qualification would be a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Professional Experience
  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the IVD industry in sales and marketing functions.
  • Key Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, negotiation and tender management, problem-solving skills.
