The Role
We are looking for a Group M&E Executive of the Meeting & Events Group Sales Cluster to join our Milan-based team. As a Group M&E Executive, you will be part of a passionate team that guarantees exceptional service within one of the largest and most dynamic hotel groups in the world. Your primary responsibility will be to sell groups for our German hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and be responsible for lead qualification
- Create offers and negotiate contracts for groups and events with the customer directly
- Sell the first Radisson Collection in Germany, the only round hotel in Europe, or host your favorite band in one of the 12 currently managed hotels in the cluster
Requirements
- Confidently conduct negotiations in both German and English
- Motivated to learn everything else during our onboarding week
- Professional communication in German and English is no challenge
- Experience in a similar position is a plus
