Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager - Business Analyst to join our team in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and developing innovative solutions to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of Dynamics CRM, particularly in Customer and Field Service modules
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written
- Permanent contract
