Regional Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our EMEA team and drive growth in our Interventional Spine franchise. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Interventional Spine franchise
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
- 5-7 years of experience in MedTech sales leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex sales strategies and market insights
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
