Business Development Manager

Euronet EFT is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional to join our Sales Team in Italy and contribute to the Global Sales force of our EFT Division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-traffic locations in touristic areas and city centers, negotiating with retailers, property managers, and property owners to install ATMs, and developing a pipeline of potential locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure high-traffic locations for ATM installation.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential locations.
- Meet quantitative and qualitative targets set by Management.
- Maintain relationships with site owners throughout the contract term.
- Collaborate with the Operations Department and external subcontractors on installation and deployment projects.
- Provide recommendations to improve performance and branding.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor ATM quality.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar field.
- Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Consumer Goods, Retail, Real Estate, or Tourism sectors.
- A proven track record of achieving aggressive growth targets and building strong client relationships.
- Flexibility to travel frequently across the territory of responsibility.
- Good English language skills.
- B category driving license.
- Legal right to work in the European Union without visa sponsorship.
- User knowledge of MS Office.
