We are looking for a Senior Commercial Operations Manager to join our Commercial team based in Milan. The primary role of the Commercial Operations Manager is to support the commercial leadership team on developing processes and strategic commercial projects.

Main Responsibilities

The Senior Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Process Improvement: identifying process bottlenecks and areas for improvement within commercial operations by implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
  2. Ad-hoc Analysis: supporting the Restaurant team with ad-hoc analyses and efficient reporting structure for commercial and marketing activities.
  3. Commercial Features and Tools: being the point of contact for implementing new commercial features/tools collaborating with HQ and company partners. You will oversee the go-to-market strategy and provide detailed analysis on new tools and feature commercial adoption.
  4. Special Projects: participating in projects to support process optimisation and strategic initiative implementation.
Main Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 4 years of work experience in an analytical environment.
  2. Commercial skills and knowledge.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Excellent organisational skills.
  6. A problem-solving mindset with a track record of generating and executing on innovative ideas and solutions.
