We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing customer relationships and performance in a specific territory, overseeing a team of sales professionals and field technicians to maximize revenue and profitable growth for Abbott. Key decisions will be made around strategy, KOL management, and corrective action when needed.
This role requires strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with various customers and colleagues. Travel is expected 70% of the time, covering geographies such as Milan, Turin, Florence, and Rome.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and typically five to seven years of sales or clinical support experience in the healthcare industry. Experience in cardiology or cardiac medical devices is preferred.
