About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Analyst to join our team at State Street. As a Client Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform client activities and ad-hoc client requests to support overall client relationships.
  • Assist with updates of Salesforce, Client Account Plans, and managing client billing setup, documentation, and overdue billing collection.
  • Coordinate and manage projects with clients and internal teams across regions and divisions.
  • Coordinate Due Diligence Meetings and Reviews, and assist with timely delivery and completion of RFI/RFP questionnaires.
  • Assist GCOOs with Quality Assurance reviews and inventories, and maintain virtual teams members lists and document various KPIs across business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with business-related coursework or degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of related custody, fund accounting, or relationship management support experience, preferred.
  • Computer competence (Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Salesforce experience a plus but not required.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Accuracy and detail-orientated.
  • Interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure/deadlines-driven environment.
