About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Project Leader to join our team at the Amplifon Foundation. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work on various projects, including market research, communication, and programme design.

Job Description

As a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in similar roles and contexts, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reporting on activities that drive meaningful change. Your expertise in project management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in shaping the foundation's impact around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective project strategies that align with the foundation's goals and objectives;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and external experts to leverage knowledge and resources;
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key audiences, including employees, volunteers, and community leaders;
  • Promote the foundation's mission and values through effective communication and engagement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, international development, social sciences);
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate foundation or non-profit organization;
  • Proven track record of success in leading complex projects, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and results-driven approaches;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and messages effectively;
  • Familiarity with European bids and grant writing processes;
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of diverse perspectives and needs;
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent language skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

This salary range reflects the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages to attract top talent. The actual salary may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
