Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Building Solutions Sales Executive to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with general contractors, clients, and agency partners. Your primary focus will be on promoting Johnson Controls' products and solutions, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, clients, and agency partners
* Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Johnson Controls' products and solutions
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
* Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
* Five to eight years of experience in building systems (BMS and integrated solutions) or operational processes
* Strong technical subject matter expertise to establish credibility and trust with customers
* Demonstrated commercial attitude to establish partnerships with customers
* Ability to influence consultants in their technical project choices
* Strong teamwork attitude
* Computer literacy, particularly with MS Word and Excel
* Fluent Italian and English language skills (verbal, reading, and writing)
* Ability to work under pressure while ensuring deadlines are met
