Vidoomy, a pioneer in digital advertising, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to spearhead business development in the Italian market from Milan. We're looking for an individual with a proven track record, in-depth knowledge, and a strong ambition to drive growth and success in a globally expanding project.

Vidoomy specializes in broadcast video advertising on premium sites, boasting an inventory of over 2,500. Our goal is to provide unparalleled coverage services to advertisers and maximize revenue for publishers who trust us daily.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the launch of our project in the Milan advertising market.
  2. Negotiate agreements with partner agencies and clients to achieve global sales targets.
  3. Identify and secure new business opportunities to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  4. Monitor customer accounts personally and regularly.
  5. Develop and implement profitable growth strategies while fostering lasting relationships with customers in various areas and regions.
Requirements
  1. English bilingual fluency is a must.
  2. Ability to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes with stakeholders.
  3. Accountability throughout the client's business journey: prospecting, presenting, and negotiating.
  4. Established relationships with senior and junior contacts at both direct and agency levels.
  5. Strong understanding of online advertising fundamentals and technology.
  6. Programmatic and digital sales experience is advantageous.
  7. A hunter, flexible, and strategic mindset.
