Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at IBA Worldwide. As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in the installation and maintenance of our equipment and systems, ensuring that they are functioning at optimal levels and meeting the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain IBA equipment and systems, including hardware and software components
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment and systems, identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Test and validate equipment and systems to ensure they meet technical specifications
  • Collaborate with the R&D department to upgrade and improve equipment and systems
  • Ensure the highest quality of state-of-the-art technologies and services
  • Propose solutions to improve equipment reliability, stability, and operability
  • Prepare and set up equipment and systems for clinical operations
  • Operate equipment and provide technical support to medical staff during daily operations
  • Ensure daily reports of activities, maintenance execution, and incidents in IT tools
  • Maintain adequate records as defined by the facility
  • Interact with internal and external clients
Requirements
  • Technical bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, mechatronics, automation, or telecommunications
  • Technical high school diploma with solid experience in industrial maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting activities
  • Good verbal communication skills in Italian and English
  • Good written and reporting skills in Italian and English
  • Good analytical and logical reasoning skills for root cause analysis
  • Broad technical interest and motivation to perform hands-on work
