About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Power Controllers business. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the South Europe region, focusing on Power Controllers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Power Controllers across Italy and South Europe regions to customers, achieving volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned segment.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand their needs and promote ABB's complete product/systems/services offering.
  • Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plans in case of any potential order shortfalls.
  • Create added value for the customer and ABB, ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals using effective sales techniques.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Power controllers products, working in heating applications.
  • Availability to travel abroad (mainly in South Europe regions).
  • Passion for selling and building relationships with customers.
  • Degree in Engineering (electro-mechanical field).
  • Proficiency in English; Italian and Spanish are a plus.
