Business Director for Credit Transactions

We are seeking an experienced Business Director to lead our Credit Transactions team. As a key member of the Corporate and Investment Banking Division, you will be responsible for structuring and negotiating debt transactions for credit exposures in Stage 2 according to IFRS9.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in structuring and negotiating debt transactions.
- Strong financial modelling and cash flow analysis skills.
- Ability to drive internal approval processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a demanding environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
