The Role
We seek an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our French team. As a key member of our commercial team, your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities in France, leveraging our successful Sales Methodology to close deals and drive revenue growth. Your expertise will enable you to differentiate our services, establish strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the development of strategic plans that drive mutual success.
Your Responsibilities
- Regularly generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and account management.
- Pitch and differentiate Scalapay's services to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners or merchants to drive growth and success.
- Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM tool (Hubspot) and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in value-selling sales or business development within the SaaS/Tech ecosystem.
- Native speaker in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A natural hunting mindset and a proven track record of converting outbound leads into closed deals.
About You
- A motivated and autonomous individual with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Estimated Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
