About the Role:

Baoli EMEA, a member of the KION Group AG, is seeking a Technical Support & Training Instructor to join its central product support team in Lainate, Italy.

The ideal candidate will actively support the international sales & service network in solving technical issues, increasing product support levels, and safeguarding serviceability and quality of our truck portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage after-sales quality, collect, analyze, and evaluate product feedback, and define solutions to implement with the factory.
  • Organize, steer, and follow-up field actions in EMEA when required, and safeguard compliance of technical standards in collaboration with the factory and network partners.
  • Steer and optimize pre-delivery inspections performed in the facility in Rolo, Italy, and represent after-sales interests in the development of new products.
  • Enable the network and develop processes, cultivate relationships with network partners, and monitor product support levels within the Baoli network.
  • Evaluate special training needs, prepare, and carry out training, and implement new products and projects.

Requirements:

  • Certified technician or engineering degree (mechanical and electrical).
  • Experience in customer service and good analytical skills.
  • Team player with hands-on mentality, organized, solution-driven, and proactive.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
