Descrizione del Ruolo:

Intesa, società appartenente al Gruppo Kyndryl, cerca un profilo di Sales Manager con una profonda conoscenza delle realtà operanti nei settori di produzione e distribuzione di beni. Il candidato ideale deve aver maturato un'esperienza di almeno 5-7 anni nel ruolo di Sales Manager/Sales Representative presso società di Information Technology.

Responsabilità:

  • Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali assegnati alla direzione vendita di riferimento (signing, revenue e gross profit).
  • Generare nuove opportunità di vendita curando tutto il ciclo di vendita e di interazione con le strutture pre-sales/post-sales e le aree tecniche.
  • Redigere le offerte e i contratti secondo gli standard aziendali, con cura degli aspetti amministrativi, normativi e costante supervisione delle commesse da attivare.
  • Gestire con trasparenza e chiarezza il flusso di informazioni sulle trattative in corso, con il proprio responsabile e con la direzione, attraverso l'impiego e l'aggiornamento costante degli strumenti informativi aziendali.
  • Proporre evoluzioni dell'offering aziendale per favorire il miglioramento dei servizi e lo sviluppo di soluzioni innovative per servire meglio i clienti.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica, Economia o in materie scientifiche.
  • Esperienza nella vendita di servizi IT di almeno 5-7 anni e conoscenza del settore.
  • Comprensione dei processi core delle aziende operanti in ambito Manufacturing, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo B2, raccomandato C1).

  • Autorevolezza nel ruolo, con innata capacità di comprensione delle opportunità commerciali e di analisi del mercato.
  • Gestione di trattative complesse e articolate, sia per contenuti sia per dimensione economica.
  • Interessato a crescere professionalmente e ad ampliare il mercato su cui opera, sia per numerosità di Clienti sia per tipologia di offerta.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e di assumere ruoli di responsabilità.
  • Orientamento agli obiettivi.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte.
