About the Role

Amplifon is seeking a skilled Global Customer Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from multiple databases to drive optimization and improvement of business insights
  • Translate data insights into compelling and actionable recommendations for marketeers and other stakeholders
  • Lead regular product/pricing/revenue analyses, KPI monitoring, and reporting
  • Extract data to create ad-hoc analyses that enable deeper understanding of specific business questions
  • Design, build, and maintain business KPI dashboards starting from raw and non-homogeneous data
  • Gather customer insights from Speech Analytics

Requirements
  • University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics
  • Previous relevant experience (6-8 years) in working with large data sets and building statistical models and dashboards
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot, macro, statistics formulas), Power BI, or other BI systems/data analysis tools
  • Advanced skills in SQL Language (Python is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills, mathematic abilities, and business acumen
  • Fluent English language skills
