**Job Overview**

Telespazio, a joint venture between Leonardo and Thales, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth on the Maritime market. As part of the Satellite Communication (SatCom) Line of Business, this role will be responsible for developing existing customer portfolios and expanding Telespazio's presence in new potential clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent sales and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in technology or telecommunications sales, as well as a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills. Additionally, a Master's degree or MBA would be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze commercial prospects and develop strategies to increase sales revenue;
  2. Create compelling value propositions around Telespazio's services;
  3. Manage relationships with current and potential customers on the Maritime market;
  4. Perform market intelligence activities and scouting actions to identify new sales opportunities;
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement;

Requirements

  • Possession of a BA/BS degree;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A proven track record in sales and business development;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change;
  • Seniority: Junior;

Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum **
