About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the VMware by Broadcom portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Plans: Create and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead Sales Teams: Provide guidance and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
  • Good level of knowledge of data center and software enterprise.
  • Good emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
  • High energy and motivation.
  • Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling.
  • Strategic planning and business case development.
