We are dedicated to assisting our clients in achieving safer, more reliable operations, reducing maintenance costs, and enhancing production efficiency.

We are currently managing global maintenance operations agreements and consistently delivering services for both the establishment phase of maintenance and ongoing development projects. The market outlook for maintenance development and operational services is promising.

The role of Reliability Engineer involves:

  • Developing and optimizing preventive maintenance strategies for client projects.
  • Contributing to the creation of preventive maintenance plans and maintenance master data projects, including designing and implementing preventive maintenance routes on-site.
  • Managing and facilitating problem-solving initiatives.
  • Leading and training teams in Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
  • Developing offline condition monitoring systems.
  • Implementing and advancing maintenance practices using RCM or other methodologies.
  • Introducing innovative maintenance techniques.
  • Creating comprehensive training programs.
  • Participating in daily maintenance work planning.
  • Networking with industry peers to share insights.
  • Assisting in shutdown planning and execution.
  • Collecting and analyzing KPI and CMMS data.
  • Participating in maintenance operations audits and preparing detailed reports and recommendations.

We expect candidates to possess a master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mill maintenance operations, with a focus on reliability enhancement within production lines.

Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems, preferably SAP, are essential. The role requires a collaborative mindset and the confidence to share insights. This global position necessitates a willingness to travel internationally.
