About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and high-calibre Trainer to join our team in Center/South Italy. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping our frontline teams develop the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Implement and continuously develop local and global training strategies and programs to drive employee engagement, customer experience, and sales.
  • Upskilling Store Teams: Deliver in-store training, group sessions, and training-on-the-job on the shop floor to upskill our store teams and deliver the Rituals best-in-class customer experience.
  • Partnering with Retail: Partner closely with Retail to cascade the Commercial Cycle to shop floor and coach subsequently on it.
  • Identifying Training Needs: Identify training needs and optimisations by working with our retail and office teams, using mystery shopping results and other KPIs, and translating these findings into existing and new trainings to optimise shop performance.
  • Relationship Building: Build, develop, and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
About You
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail and sales, preferably in a branded retail environment, with experience working in a matrix environment and a Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 60-80% of working time.
  • Skills: Perfect and inspiring communication and presentation skills in Italian and English, with a great affinity for cosmetics and a huge passion for the Rituals brand.
  • Personal Qualities: Results-oriented, pragmatic, and structured team player who enjoys making things better every day, with a proven track record of successfully impacting commercial goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Requirements
  • Driving License: Full clean driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Location: Based in Rome or close to Rome.
  • Experience: Experience within Retail or Wholesale.
